The problem
Swann wanted to guide online customers through their maze of products and options and educate them at the same time.

The solution
We worked very closely with Swann to develop a custom interface that went through all the various options in small easy to understand steps. Once an ideal result has been found, the Shop Assistant directs the customer to the retailers where they can buy the items.

The results
After a rigorous testing period, this stand alone Shop Assistant went live creating quite a buzz within their industry.
