Tait Communications wanted a simple tool to guide customers through various digital radio solutions based on their unique organizational requirements.

We implemented a simple interface that determined which radio terminal would best meet a customer’s requirements. Shop Assistant asks a small number of multiple-choice questions about needs and features and then presents relevant radio options.

After testing and implementation, this Shop Assistant installation proved its worth as a vital tool for understanding and streamlining the complex needs and radio specifications of each customer and sector.
