We helped them come up with a simple question flow that is easy to follow. Associated the appropriate products to each answer and then skinned the Shop Assistant to fit with their website.

The results
After thoroughly testing the system, they deployed the Shop Assistant to their website. On average each month, their Shop Assistant guides nearly 200 people towards a product that fits their needs.
